This archway was made after the store owners took over the store next to theirs. They did not have in mind to make doorways, just to cover up the beams that became visible after knocking down the wall. There is no change in use from one side of the arch to the other. Both sides display gifts. Reb Wosner poskened that this does not require a mezuzah.
