Battim Ois L’Yisroel

The process of squaring the battim is powered by battim macher himself as he peddles the machine. No electric machines are used in the squaring. The holes for the stitching is very precise. The entire process of making the battim is done by hand, with specific intention that the tefillin attain the required level of kedusha.  The master craftsmen who create these tefillin conduct themselves in the mannor of  G-d fearing Jews. There are no holes in the battim whatsoever. The shin is made entirely by hand. The battim are completely separated and no glue is used in between the four compartments. The stitching that goes through each of the four compartments is visible from the outside. A square window of leather is used in the battim to add strength.
